If you need to cancel your appointment or make any changes, please call or email the front desk at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% . If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no-show. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time and will serve as your default method of payment in the event of late cancellations, late changes, late arrivals, or a no-show. Prices listed on our website and online booking are starting prices for each service and are subject to change based on customer requests and individual hair needs.

In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly.

You may tip your stylist in cash or credit card at checkout. We recommend tipping on the full a la carte service price.

All of our services are customized for the individual client and charged a la carte. If you would like a gloss, base, or a root shadow with your highlights you will need to book them in addition to your highlight.

877 pounds of waste are created per minute by the beauty industry. Society is in an ongoing partnership with Green Circle to help recycle up to 95% of that waste. An eco fee of $4 is added to each ticket to help recycle the salon waste created during your service.
