Membership Faq

You can have two appointments scheduled at one time. Once you arrive for your scheduled appointment, you can book another.

Member appointments are available on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Yes really, it’s unlimited. You can come in as often as you want, just remember you can schedule up to two appointments at a time.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate your requests while prioritizing you getting the most out of your membership.

You may tip your stylist in cash or credit card at checkout. We recommend tipping on the full a la carte service price.

There is an additional $20 service charge per appointment for extensions.

Your membership will last one year from the start date. You can freeze your membership from billing date to billing date for up to 3 months in a calendar year. The months will be added to the end of your membership term, extending the term by the number of months frozen.
