Many salon guests are looking for excellent service and style––but also while staying within a beauty budget.  These stylists have graduated from cosmetology school, as well as having completed our customized Pariz Salon training program. Our Level One employees are still building their books as well as continuing their education.

For guests that are looking for excellent service while staying within a beauty budget. This level typically has a few years of experience in the industry, has graduated from a cosmetology program, and continue their education.

These stylists have accumulated more experience, (typically 5-10 years) behind the chair, and are well equipped to offer more advanced solutions for hair color. They’re  problem solvers, proficient in advanced haircutting techniques, and committed to their ongoing education to keep them at the forefront of new practices and trends.

These employees are seasoned stylists and masters in their field. They are often booked way in advance and are responsible for most of the training in the salon. These stylists mentor all assistants and apprentices.

A promotion to each level is based on a number of factors, including: demand on time, skill, experience and education. As a stylist moves up in levels, you will see a small increase in the costs of their services. This is reflective of the investment they have made in their professional development.
Guests may choose any level stylist that best fits their needs and budget.
Keep in mind, we work as a team, so feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you’d like!

Whether they’re new to the industry or new to our salon, our stylists receive at least one year of our in-depth associate training program, personally taught by top stylists at Pariz Salon. During this training period, they are assisting and learning from higher level stylists in order to advance their skills, improve speed, and learn specific Pariz Salon techniques. Once having completed the training program, associates are promoted to Level 1 Stylists, and can start servicing guests.
