METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, we charge 50% of the service price. We understand unforeseen circumstances happen, but please notify us in advance to avoid charges.

No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice results in 100% of the service price. Please respect our time and yours by rescheduling or informing us if you cannot make it.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we will cancel and reschedule your service. Timeliness helps us maintain the quality and efficiency of our services.

Forms and Waivers: Complete all required documents 48 hours before your appointment. This allows our team to review them before your arrival and ensures a smooth, personalized experience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer full exchanges on all products. If a product does not meet your needs, we will exchange it for one that better suits you.

We provide full credit or a gift card for returns on hair care products.

Return hairdryers, curling irons, and flat irons within 14 days in their original boxes.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-ordered hair extensions.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
We want you to love your look. Contact us within 3 days of your service if you need any changes. While we do not offer refunds, we will make adjustments within 7 days of your original service. If you request a new service that you did not originally receive, we will charge full price for that service.
ECO FEE
Pariz Salon partners with Green Circle to recycle up to 95% of salon waste. We add $4 eco fee to each ticket to help cover recycling costs. For more information, visit Green Circle
